Eligibility & Review
Designed to serve families with care.
Assistance is intended for households in Louisville and Jefferson County, Kentucky, seeking holiday support. Requests are reviewed based on household needs and available program resources. Applying does not guarantee assistance.
Program guidelines: There is no application fee, mandatory religious participation, or publicity requirement. Households may request multiple assistance categories but are counted once toward the 100-household goal. Applications are reviewed confidentially by the selection team.
Common Questions
Can I request more than one type of assistance?
Yes. You can select multiple categories on one application, depending on your household's needs.
How do I send my application?
Download the fillable PDF application, complete and save it, then email the completed PDF to agatewaytogreatness@gmail.com with the subject “GTG 2026 Family Assistance Application.” Some phone PDF viewers may not save filled fields; use a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Regular email is not a secure portal.
Does applying guarantee assistance?
No. Assistance is limited by available resources and the review process. Applicants will be notified according to the published schedule.
When and where will distribution happen?
Distribution arrangements have not yet been confirmed. Selected households will receive details when available.
